You will need:
250 grams Crumbled Paneer
1 onion finely chopped
3 tomatoes - chopped to an almost puree kind of consistency
3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
Spices: 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder,
Oil for cooking
salt
water for the curry
Method:
In a frying pan, put in some oil and once the oil is hot, throw in the cumin seeds and see them dance as they sizzle.
Now put in the garlic and onion and fry till the onions turn translucent.
It's time to put in the tomatoes - pour in and stir.
Now put the salt and spices in and stir well before putting in the paneer.
Mix and cook on medium heat for two minutes and pour in 2 cups of warm water.
Let it cook for another 2 minutes on medium heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander and Enjoy!
