Paneer Bhujia Curry

Bursting with aromatic spices and the rich, creamy goodness of homemade paneer, this


dish promises a symphony of flavours that will leave your taste buds dancing. Follow this step-by-step recipe to create a tantalizing paneer curry that's perfect for any occasion.


You will need:

  • 250 grams Crumbled Paneer

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 3 tomatoes - chopped to an almost puree kind of consistency

  • 3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped

  • Spices: 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder,

  • Oil for cooking

  • salt

  • water for the curry


Method:

  • In a frying pan, put in some oil and once the oil is hot, throw in the cumin seeds and see them dance as they sizzle.

  • Now put in the garlic and onion and fry till the onions turn translucent.

  • It's time to put in the tomatoes - pour in and stir.

  • Now put the salt and spices in and stir well before putting in the paneer.

  • Mix and cook on medium heat for two minutes and pour in 2 cups of warm water.

  • Let it cook for another 2 minutes on medium heat.



  • Garnish with fresh coriander and Enjoy!
